Complete Staffing was born from a shared belief: Great technology starts with great people.
Our founders both come from the tech services world where they have spent years building, supporting and scaling teams that keep businesses running. Along the way, the saw what worked and what didn’t. Too often hiring felt transactional. Roles were filled quickly without truly understanding the people behind the resumes or the teams they were joining.
So they decided to do something different.

Complete Staffing was created by two people who are passionate about building strong, high-performing teams. We believe recruiting should be personal, thoughtful and rooted in trust. That means taking the time to understand our clients’ environments and goals. While also understanding our candidates goals and aligning the two.
